Collection: Forget- Me- Not flower Pieces

This collection features real pressed blue/ purple forget-me-not flowers! There are many legends behind the name of the flowers but two of my favorites are a knight and his lady walking along a river and she saw these flowers being pulled away and wanted to save the them so the knight jumped into the water and tossed the flowers onto the bank. He could not fight the current and so was carried out to sea. As he was being swept away he called out “forget me not” in German. The other story told behind its meaning is that on the day of creation Adam sat with God and named each plant and animal and as Adam was finishing up.. He looked at God and said, I think I have named them all then suddenly from the deep within the meadow a little voice cried out...“Don’t forget me.” God reached His hand into the meadow and lifted up the most tiny and delicate blue flower.. He placed this little beauty of creation in front of Adam.. Adam looked at the little flower and then up to God and said "This one’s name will be Forget Me Not".

Whatever legend you place behind the naming of the flower one thing is for certain that it represents enduring love, remembrance, and loyalty.
